JFE Blagrove is the independent practice of Robertino Blagrove, a Netherlands-based tech leader and senior .NET consultant with 27 years of delivery experience. Operating in two modes, the practice combines embedded tech leadership with consumer product development. On the leadership side, Robertino currently serves as Tech Lead at ECT Rotterdam (Europe Container Terminals), taking on architect and lead-developer roles in mission-critical, often 24/7 environments such as container terminals, energy utilities, and universities. On the product side, JFE Blagrove builds and runs its own consumer platforms, each born from a problem Robertino encountered personally: • Play2College.com – a free recruitment toolkit helping NCAA student-athletes and their families track 680+ Division I and II programs, compare schools, and manage coach communications. • KidsOpStap.com – a mobile-first platform aggregating family events, workshops, and outings across Dutch neighbourhoods. • NexKyn.app – a new professional networking platform in active development, with a private alpha planned for 2026.
